Victoria Beckham BANS social media photos inside Forbes Women's Summit as she reveals she works hard to be 'the best wife' following THOSE divorce rumours
Victoria Beckham has revealed she tries to be 'the best wife' as she opened up about juggling her busy work and home life at an event on Tuesday.
As she took to the stage at the Forbes Women's Summit in New York, Victoria, 44, requested that the 300 attendees not take photos of her during the sit down session.
Asked how she balances running her successful fashion label with being wife to David Beckham, 43, and a mother of four, Victoria said: 'I try really, really hard. I try hardest to be the best mother. I am trying to be the best wife and the best professional.
'When I get home I try to put the phone down and spend time with the children and spend time with David.'

The former Spice Girl - who was forced to deny rumours of an impending split with football star David, 43, this month - credited her husband for taking on his fair share of parent duties, including taking the younger kids to school.
'I have the support of an incredible husband. We really are equal with everything we do at home with the children. When I'm away he's the one doing the school run and doing the cooking...'
In an effort to keep her business separate from family time Victoria confessed she will sometimes sneak away from her children to take care of business.
'I've been known to hide in the bathroom at weekends just to send a little email' she admitted.
Asked about the common thread in her career, first in music and now fashion, Victoria explained, 'empowering women. I want women to feel like the best version of themselves.

'I'm very proud that a lot of the leaders I have in my company are women.'
And one of the women she hopes to empower is her daughter Harper, six.
'When I take Harper to school I tell her, "Harper you're a girl and you can do anything"... She's a strong woman... She wants to be an inventor. She's a strong smart woman. A little woman.'
Victoria added that seeing women be tough on other women 'makes me mad'.
The same day it was announced that Victoria has hired a man, Paolo Riva, as chief executive officer of Victoria Beckham Ltd.

During the summit she explained that she finally feels ready to cede some control and ask for help with her business, saying, 'I've been trying to spin a lot of plates. I haven’t had a partner in crime.'
As for what's next for the Victoria Beckham brand, the brunette beauty revealed, 'I want to create a really great skincare that is quite scientific. Menswear. Children’s Clothes.'
While Victoria turned heads in a pink frock and blue heels in New York, David attended a promotional event for Adidas in Japan.
David had jetted to Tokyo alone, after celebrating Father's Day with his wife Victoria and their kids in the UK.
Family time: The couple, who also have son Brooklyn, 19 (pictured) have been married almost 18 years
On Sunday Victoria shared a number of sweet snaps from their day at home - including one of David sat beside his gifts, and one of him sat with three of their four kids; Cruz, Romeo and Harper.
She captioned the heart-warming snap: 'I think they love him x Truly the best daddy @davidbeckham x missing u @brooklynbeckham x'.
Their united display as a family comes after David and Victoria, who also share son Brooklyn, furiously denied divorce claims, and branded swirling rumours a 'crock of s**t'.
After reports of an impending split began racing around social media earlier this month, Jo Milloy, a spokesman for Spice Girl-turned-designer Victoria, told the Daily Mail the gossip was 'absolute nonsense'.

Meanwhile the former England football captain's spokesman, Simon Oliveira, dubbed the claims 'embarrassing and laughable'.
Elsewhere, a spokesman for the couple said: 'There is no statement due, no divorce, and a lot of Chinese whispers and fake social media news.
'This is all very bizarre and an embarrassing waste of time,' he continued, before adding the rumours were 'a crock of s***'.
Claims the couple were planning to divorce circulated on social media, prompting high street bookmaker Paddy Power to suspend betting on them separating.
Paddy Power's move came despite there having been no suggestion the couple were having any marriage difficulties.
The couple appear to be going strong after almost 18 years of marriage.
