Frances Bean Cobain lists Spanish Colonial home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.695 million
She reached a property settlement with her ex-husband Isaiah Silva last month six months after their divorce was finalized.
And now Frances Bean Cobain has put her Spanish Colonial Hollywood Hills home up for sale, Variety reported Monday.
The daughter of the late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, 25, is seeking $2.695 million for the four-bedroom residence she purchased in 2011.

Frances bought the home on a winding street above Hollywood Boulevard for $1.825 million after she inherited 37% of her late father’s estate.
According to reports citing documents filed in connection to her late divorce from Silva, she has an income of more than $100,000 a month.
In addition to the master suite and three guest bedrooms, the property built in 1930 offers three-and-a-half bathrooms.
It has 3,357-square-feet of living space over two storys and includes a tree-shaded backyard and a garage converted into a studio-cum-screening room.

The master suite offers a private balcony and the property is completely hidden from the street by a high hedge.
