And Kourtney Kardashian proved that her vigorous gym sessions have paid off as she copied her sister Kim's style and slipped into a pair of form-fitting cycling shorts arriving to her hotel in Rome, Italy on Tuesday.

The 39-year-old star, who has been enjoying the romantic city with her Younes Bendjima, 25, accentuated her incredibly pert posterior in the black hip-hugging garment as she made her way to her lodgings.

Kourtney continued her nineties-inspired ensemble by accessorising her figure-flaunting two-piece with a pair of Matrix-esque shades and cross necklace.

The American beauty worked her trademark brunette locks into a tousled style and sported a subdued beauty look while she draped her bumbag over her shoulder.

In May, Kourtney celebrated her one-year anniversary with Younes, who she was first pictured with at the Cannes Film Festival.

Celebrating the milestone, the brunette beauty posted a snap of a bouquet of red roses, adding: '365 days of love,' tagging her beau - who is a boxer-turned-model from Algeria. 

Previously, the reality star dated Scott Disick for nine years but split in late 2016 following a tumultuous relationship.

Kourtney and Scott are parents to three children together: Mason, age eight; Penelope, age five; and Reign, age three. 

Businessman Scott is currently in a relationship with 19-year-old Sofia Richie, who were first linked in May 2017.

Gushing over her partner's birthday, the model posted a picture with her boyfriend on her social media platform, which showed the pair sharing a cuddle in the sea.

Sofia captioned it: 'Happy birthday babe! Thank you for being you. Love you'.
