Despite emigrating to Australia, former Emmerdale actress Sheree Murphy, 36, and football star husband Harry Kewell have yet to put their six-bedroom house in Cheshire’s upmarket Hale on the market.

The couple, below, have moved Down Under with children Taylor, ten, Ruby, eight, and Matilda, three, after Harry, 33, joined Melbourne Victory last month.

Their £3million gated Hale house, in the heart of Footballers’ Wives country, boasts typical WAG touches such as a mirrored bathroom with his and hers televisions.

Perhaps they could arrange a private sale to Manchester United star Javier Hernández, 23, who is house hunting in the area with a budget of £3million.

Fiona eyes South Coast

You’d think she would have her hands full running the 18th Century Dorset pub she took on earlier this year, but former GMTV presenter Fiona Phillips would also love to buy a place near Southampton where she grew up.

‘Spending more time around Hampshire and back home in Southampton is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time now,’ she says.

‘Despite having the pub, I’m still based in London because of my work, but I’d like to move out of the capital eventually,’ says the 50-year-old.

The couple have applied for planning permission and listed building consent to convert a barn into an office with a flat above.

 

PS A 17th Century inn with a colourful history is for sale at £58,500, with an annual rent of £30,000.
