She's been a staple on ITVBe's The Only Way Is Essex ever since she joined in 2011.

And now Gemma Collins has confirmed on her Instagram that she is currently filming her own reality TV series.

The TOWIE veteran, 37, took to the social media platform to reveal her 'exciting' news to her 936K follower and reveal that 'dreams do come true'.

Gemma shared a quote from Nicole Polizzi, otherwise known as Snooki from Jersey Shore, which said: 'Ten years from now I would like to see myself successful as a brand, like Jessica Simpson, with babies running around and a beautiful husband and my own reality show.'

She shared the snap twice, once on her Instagram stories, with the caption: 'So excited to tell you all I am filming for my own reality show.'

While she later posted the quote to her account, as she added: 'I’m so humbled and so so grateful to finally fulfil my dream I had when I first started out ...

'Today is the day where I can announce I am filming for my own reality show [heart and star emojis] DREAMS do come TRUE [heart and star emojis].' (sic)

Gemma went on to tease her new series on her Instagram stories with some videos and pictures of the filming crew, she added: 'It's going to be one hell of a show!'

The reality star also revealed that they had brought the medic who 'rescued her thumb' on Celebrity Big Brother onto set to supervise her as she's so 'accident prone'.

And it's safe to say, the news sent the GC's fans into meltdown as they flocked to her comments to share their excitement.
