Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's former $17.8M Bel-Air mansion is back on sale AGAIN... seven months after they sold home for $8.8M profit

They sold their lavish Bel-Air home for a whopping $17.8 million in November 2017, making a mammoth $8.8 million profit.

And the former Los Angeles home of power couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, which the pair spent $2m on renovating, is back on the market just seven months later, reports TMZ

The reality queen, 37, and her rapper beau, 41, sold the 10,000 square foot property to  Silicon Valley-based, Ukrainian philanthropist Marina Acton, who told the website at the time that she found the mansion'creative and inspiring.'

Sitting FROW at the menswear spring/summer '19 collection was Kim Kardashian, joined by the likes of Rihanna, Kylie Jenner and Bella Hadid.

Kim kept up her usual athleisure-inspired look, sporting a bright blue shirt by Louis Vuitton. It featured utilitarian style pockets (a design detail found throughout a lot of the pieces in this latest menswear collection) and the same vivid cerulean shade that popped up throughout the range.

The reality star then styled it with a pair of her signature cycling shorts and some high heels, before finishing off with visor sunglasses.

However Acton told the website that due to expecting her first child in a few months, she is looking to upgrade to a property double the size.

She said her parents will be joining her when she moves, with her sights set on a new place in Miami or West Palm Beach with a guest house. 

The billionaire summed up the budget for her new property by saying 'The sky is the limit.'

After buying the home, Kim and Kanye spent a further $2 million on renovations to customize it to their liking, with extensive changes made to the outdoor patio, roof, patio and pool areas. 

The property boasts five bedrooms and included bathroom for each of Kim's sisters as well as her mother.

After years of work, the duo began residing at the property in one of the country's most well-heeled areas in March of 2016.   

Kim announced on her site kimkardashianwest.com that the place was sold last year.

She wrote: 'We just sold our house! We bought it in 2013 and then completely remodeled it.

'Originally, the home had a much more Mediterranean feel but we worked so hard on redoing it to be more minimalist and in our tastes and tones. For the architecture, Kanye and I envisioned having clean, sleek lines. We wanted to create a more modern feel to the home.

'The interior design was all about neutral tones and minimal furniture. 

'We also repositioned the pool and added a glam room with its own separate entrance. Kanye and I were the designers of the house and we were so involved in every single detail. When the new buyer came to see our home, I wanted to be the one to give her a personal tour because Kanye and I were so proud of what we created.'
