But Britney Spears found herself at the receiving end of one of son Jayden's practical jokes on Monday, sharing the silly moment on social media with fans.

After the Stronger songstress forgot her phone at home during a shopping trip, her 11-year-old gentleman used the opportunity to 'scare' mom, popping out from the closet to give her quite the fright.

Jayden whispered while turning the camera forward to narrate.

'I just stole mom’s phone,' the prankster said, 'And she got back from shopping and she forgot it when she went shopping. I’m gonna scare her.'

The celebrity offspring then hid inside Brit's walk-in closet before jumping out.

'Jayden!' the Toxic singer snapped, before smiling and telling her youngest: 'Not funny!'
