Billie Lourd keeps her cool in crop top and jean shorts as she spends day with Booksmart co-stars

Billie Lourd enjoyed a little downtime at Universal Studios in Hollywood.

The 25-year old actress took in the sights and sounds of the park on Friday with boyfriend Austen Rydell and some of her Booksmart castmates.

Billie and the crew just wrapped up filming of the upcoming movie comedy that is being directed by Olivia Wilde.

Billie looked to be in great mood as she made her way around the park with her Austen and her friends.

She went with a casual but youthful look, wearing some short denim shorts and a stripped tank top that showcased her slender figure.

The American Horror Story star capped off the revealing outfit with classic Chuck Taylor sneakers and some of her long brown tresses pulled back into two buns.

Co-star Kaitlyn Dever also went with denim shorts but she paired them with a loose red t-shirt, white sneakers and a baseball cap to keep the blazing Southern California sun off of her face.

The daughter of Hollywood legend Carrie Fisher and beau Austen looked like the picture of young love. They were seen laughing and smiling as they walked arm in arm.

In one picture that was posted on social media, the happy couple are snuggled together with Woody the Woodpecker super-imposed on their outlying hands.

Booksmart follows Kaitlyn Dever and Beanie Feldstein’s characters, who, on the eve of their high school graduation, suddenly realize that they should have worked less and played more. Determined never to fall short of their peers, the girls set out on a mission to cram four years of fun into one night.

Olivia Wilde is making her feature directing debut with this film.

She is best known as an actress in such movies as Meadowland, Drinking Buddies and Cowboys and Aliens, as well as in the medical-drama TV series House.

Booksmart will hit theaters next year.
