The 45-year-old was spotted on a coffee run to Starbucks in Santa Monica.

The Batman star rocked a casual look in white trainers, jeans and a white t-shirt. 

Despite the sweltering temperatures, the dad-of-three still insisted on wearing a leather jacket. 

He inadvertently kept flashed his gigantic back tattoo as he kept fidgeting at his lower back. 

Ben had previously denied the existence of the inking, until photos of him shirtless in Hawaii earlier this year appeared to contradict him.

'Fake for a movie,' he said rather flustered in a chat with Extra's Mario Lopez in the 2016.  

Later that year, his ex-wife Jennifer Garner commented on his back ink that was apparently very real. 

'You know what we would say in my hometown about that? 'Bless his heart,'' Garner said to Vanity Fair. 'Am I the ashes in this scenario?...I refuse to be the ashes.'

Ben and Jen, who announced their shock split one day before their ten year anniversary, share three children: Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine, and Samuel, six.

He has since been dating SNL producer Lindsay Shookus.
