It's no secret she has a whole host of celebrity pals, with many of them famously featuring in the music video for her 2015 single Bad Blood.

And Taylor Swift was quick to flaunt the fact that Adele and JK Rowling had come to support her London leg of her Reputation tour.

The pop princess, 28, shared snaps on her Instagram page on Monday of the women hanging out backstage following her concert at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.

Taylor took to social media on Monday to share how 'stoked' she was to have the 30-year-old singer/songwriter and 52-year-old novelist in her company, and said she was 'grateful' for the 'worlds' they've 'created through their art'.

Alongside Instax selfies with the pair, Taylor captioned the post: 'I'm so grateful for these women, for the words they've written and the worlds they've created through their art.. so stoked to have you at the show in London @adele and JK love. Always [sic]'

Adele's attendance at the show comes after it was reported that after three years out of the recording studio, she is prepping for a new record.

Sources have told The Sun that the Hello singer has been meeting with her record label in preparation to record her fourth album with a Christmas 2019 release date.

According to The Sun, Adele, 30, had a meeting about the project earlier this month at Sony's offices in London and will spend the summer writing for the record.

A music insider said: 'She's back in the UK and intends to write here. A number of studio musicians have been approached to work with her and she's already penned some of the songs.'

Adele completed a world tour in 2016 and told fans to expect a long break before her return. She has previously released albums 19 in 2008, 21 in 2011 and 25 three years ago.

The star, who is worth an estimated £102 million, was spotted back in her home city last week as she ventured into a London branch of Marks and Spencer on Tuesday morning.

The singer called into the retail giant's High Street Kensington store before making a hasty beeline for the upper floors, which are dominated by large children's-wear and shoe departments.

Adele, a parent to son Angelo with husband Simon Konecki, looked relaxed in a black top and floral skirt as she threaded her way past bold signs advertising affordable £22.50 shirts and made her way onto the escalator.

Despite her global fame, shoppers appeared to be completely oblivious to the star, who visited the store during one of its busiest hours.

Fellow customers didn't look twice as they made their way up and down a set of stairs running alongside the escalator, unaware of the multi-millionaire superstar in their presence.

Splashing out should be no problem for Adele, whose last world tour raked in more than £142 million in combined ticket and merchandise sales.
