And newly certified instructor, Simone Callahan, 48, maintained momentum when she stripped down into a skimpy pink leotard and white leg warmers for yet another clip, on Tuesday.

Placing her hands on the ground, the mother-of-three rested her knees on her elbows.

Proving her core strength, Simone she then lifted her left leg in the air while maintaining balance.

Alternating legs, Simone then raised her right leg in the air, before returning to a balanced state.

Last week, Simone's workout went viral after she stripped down to her underwear for a backyard session, despite Melbourne's freezing temperatures.

'I'm learning to embrace the seasons and the joy they bring, we need them as much as nature does,' she captioned her Instagram video.

Simone recently claimed that practicing yoga had helped her make peace with her ex-husband's 'indiscretions' during their marriage.

The former model was married to Shane for a decade, between 1995 to 2005.

Their relationship was tumultuous, mostly as a result of Shane's womanising throughout his sporting career.
