One person is dead and at least 12 people injured after an explosion and partial building collapse occurred at a Texas hospital.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene at the Coryell Memorial Healthcare System in Gatesville on Tuesday afternoon.
The explosion happened at a construction site near the back of the hospital at about 2.15pm.
The person who died was a construction worker.

Witnesses said the large blast occurred in an area of the hospital that is currently being expanded, KWTX reports.
Emergency officials said there was a partial building collapse as a result of the explosion.
While initial reports suggested people may have been trapped, officials said no one was trapped in the rubble.
Footage taken by bystanders shows plumes of black smoke rising above the hospital as fire crews arrived on the scene.
Two medical facilities on the hospital grounds were evacuated.
Nearby hospitals were also on standby to help treat possible victims.
