Yet Ferne McCann and her former co-star Danielle Armstrong swapped the sunny climes of Spain for their native Essex on Wednesday as they shot a promo video for Herbalife - the diet plan they credit for keeping them in shape.

The duo, who shot to fame with their leading roles on TOWIE, looked sensational in their scanty swimwear as they posed up a storm while both rocking perfectly preened looks - complete with slick hair and flawless make-up.

Both Ferne and Danielle have credited their trim new figures to their work with Herbalife, which they were endorsing on the day.

The girls were wearing opposing bikinis, with Danielle boosting her surgically-enhanced cleavage with a black top paired with green bottoms while Ferne rocked a green top and black bottoms to perfection.

Ferne wore her blonde locks in cascading loose waves while her make-up was lavishly applied to ensure she was picture perfect.

Danielle wore her hair in loose waves tickling her shoulders while she too showed off a flawless make-up look to wow the lens.

'I had an all-round health check and when I found out I was like ‘oh, wow – I need to do something about it. That’s how I met my boyfriend; he works for a brand called Herbalife.

'At first, I was a bit sceptical, but obviously I was quite fond of him so I thought I’d give it a go. I started off just having one of their shakes and then have a healthy lunch and a healthy dinner.'
