She was revealed to have filmed her final scenes for the soap last week.

And Coronation Street fans have been given a first look at Eva Price's upcoming exit from the ITV soap, as she argues with sister Toyah about her plans to leave Weatherfield.

Also seen filming scenes on location was Peter Barlow, who appeared to finally be warming to his baby Susie after discovering that girlfriend Toyah had lied about the little one's true maternity.

In the scenes Eva could be seen furiously clashing with Toyah (played by Georgia Taylor) as they exited the courthouse, as her dramatic storyline comes a close with a custody battle over her baby daughter.

Eva had resumed parentage of the little one after Toyah finally came clean about their secret plan to Peter, leaving the Connor family determined to gain access to Aidan's (Shayne Ward) daughter following his tragic suicide last month.

So far viewers have seen Eva deny access to Aidan's father Johnny (Richard Hawley) after he reported the blonde to social services, but he looks like he won't be going down without a fight.

Peter was left devastated after discovering girlfriend Toyah had lied about baby Susie, as she struck an arrangement with Eva to pass of the child has her own in her desperate bid to become a mother.

Fans will have to wait and see whether Eva finally manages to leave the Street with her daughter in tow, as her exit is set to air in the coming weeks.

And despite finding it tough to walk away from the show, Catherine recently revealed that she's considering moving into more hard-hitting roles, after working on so many tear-jerking storylines.

She told The Sun: 'I adore doing comedy and Eva has had that side to her.

'Kate Oates has really fuelled my desire to do some gritty drama as well. We'll see what happens. I feel really excited.'
