And supermodel Heidi Klum put on yet another gorgeous display while out and about with her mother and children in New York City on Tuesday.

The 45-year-old went down the casual route for their outing, and still managed to look as beautiful as ever.

While hanging out with her mom and two of her four kids, the designer wore ankle-high cut-off blue Mother jeans that were slightly faded at the top and were decorated with ripped knees.

She topped those off with an over-sized blue and yellow Gucci sweatshirt.

The beauty also wore a long flowing white T-shirt underneath the sweatshirt that peaked out from the bottom.

She finished her look with a pair of plain, white sneakers. She kept her signature blonde hair down to flow freely in the wind. The international cover girl also wore a pair of over-sized mirrored sunglasses.
