The dramatic scene from the latest episode saw Eva (Catherine Tyldesley) taking her eyes off Susie for a few seconds when the younger rolled over and hit the floor.

Susie then burst into tears and a terrified Eva noticed that she had gone 'floppy' following the accident.

Eva was joined by Peter Barlow as they made their way to the medical centre where they were assured that Susie was just fine.

However, viewers at home couldn't help but note that newborn babies couldn't roll, as well the unnaturally loud thump sound following the fall.
