The former Spice Girl, 43, wore a skimpy romper for her day in the Big Apple.

The gray number had a drawstring waist and she paired it with high-heeled white FentyxPuma ankle boots.

Mel added RayBan sunglasses and a pendant necklace and was snapped looking up something on her large smart phone as she and Gary hung out in Times Square.

For his part, the hairdresser paired a Hawaiian-style zipper jacket with white shorts and white Givenchy slides.

On Friday June 15, the America's Got Talent judge took to Instagram to seemingly confirm she's in love again.

She shared a stunning snap along with the caption: 'The way he makes me laugh and smile gives me butterflies.'

'Everything about him makes me more than happy and grateful #younowhoyouare #humble #lovehim #truelove #finally.'

Decorated with filtered hearts, Mel's selfie saw her flirtatiously put her finger in her mouth.

It came after news that she has been granted a temporary restraining order against ex, Stephen Belafonte.

DailyMail.com obtained documents which state that Belafonte is to stay at least 100 yards away from the singer - full name Melanie Janine Brown - until a hearing next month.

This news comes amid reports that the America's Got Talent star was hospitalised for a panic attack due to the thought of seeing him.

Brown and Belafonte are due to return to court next month.
