Kelly Brook ADMITS she retouches her Instagram photos but insists it 'is not because of my weight'

Kelly Brook has admitted she sometimes retouches her Instagram photos, after she hit the headlines this weekend for sharing an altered image of herself taken at Royal Ascot.

The model, 38, sparked speculation she had altered one image taken of her at the annual sporting event on Saturday as her boyfriend Jeremy Parisi's waist became bizarrely distorted in the image shared to her Instagram page.

On Sunday night Kelly posted a side by side comparison of the original and altered image, admitting to fans she had changed the photo, but not because she doesn't like her curves.

Kelly shared an image taken by a photographer at Ascot on Saturday, but when compared to the original, the model's Instagram snap showed Jeremy's waist bizarrely distorted, as it bulged to one side, and she looked noticeably slimmer.

In a post that has since been deleted by the star, Kelly told her fans on Sunday that she does retouch her photos on social media, but only to rectify a 'bad angle'.

Underneath a side by side comparision of the original image and her retouched version, Kelly wrote: 'Yes I Retouch my Pictures!! Especially if they are taken in Midday Sun as it creates Shadows! It is not because of my Weight!'.

Kelly added that she also removed any sign of 'nippleage', explaining: 'I smoothed out the Crease in My Dress because I was sitting in a car for 2 Hours and I took away any sign of Nippleage (they get pointy when I'm excited) etc!!'

'Sometimes if the angle is unflattering I tweak (The Pic not my Nip) but it's not because I don't like my Curves! It's just to make a picture taken at a bad angle with poor lighting Better!'

'I'll leave the Nips and Shadows in if you want?! I really don't care either way. I was just bored on the way home so was playing with Some Apps. We all do it.'

The star ended her post with some cheeky hashtags before musing the topic would make a good debate during her Monday appearance on Loose Women: '#NipornoNipthatistheQuestion? 'good debate for @loosewomen Tomorroe See ya there #MotherPlugger.'

Despite the picture alteration, Kelly's snap sent the model's fans into meltdown as they flocked to her comments to heap praise on the duo.

For the final day of the Royal Ascot, Kelly sheathed her hourglass curves yet still ensured she stood out in a crowd in a bow-adorned midi.

Earlier in the week, Kelly managed to flout a number of style rules as she arrived for the opening of the five-day highlight in the racing calendar.

The model posed up a storm in a huge novelty hat, commissioned by bookmakers Ladbrokes to celebrate England's World Cup hopes.

While Kelly stood out from the crowd, her choice of ensemble flouted the notoriously strict dress code for Royal Ascot.

A more relaxed dress code is in place for the Windsor enclosure, which means strapless dresses are allowed for the first time.

But if Kelly fancied mingling with the elite in the Royal Enclosure she would have been met with a set of much stricter rules which not only bans bardot and off-the-shoulder dresses but also fancy dress, novelty and promotional clothing of any kind.

Kelly is a regular at Ascot, but has also been keeping busy recently with her horticultural interests, hosting her own gardening segment on This Morning.
