And Natalie Dormer proved there is no rest for the wicked as she made a stylish appearance at the European premiere for her new flick In Darkness at the Edinburgh International Film Festival on Tuesday night.
The 36-year-old actress, who is known for her roles on Game of Thrones and The Tudors, beamed on the red carpet for her writing debut alongside her beau Anthony Byrne, who co-wrote and directed the project.
Stepping out: Natalie Dormer proved there is no rest for the wicked as she made a stylish appearance at the European premiere for her new flick In Darkness at the Edinburgh International Film Festival on Tuesday night
Making a style splash on the carpet, the British beauty, who is famed for her role as Margaery Tyrell in the hit HBO fantasy drama Game Of Thrones, slipped into a pair of midnight blue wide-leg trousers which cinched in her narrow waist.
Natalie continued to make heads turn as she wrapped a black silk lapel blazer around her slender frame and over a matching camisole.
She complemented the ensemble with a pair of printed strappy Chloe Gosselin sandals and accessorised the look with a pair of statement earrings as well as with a Strathberry mini crescent clutch bag in navy.
The screen siren worked her signature blonde locks into a sleek ponytail and sported a dramatic smokey for the cinematic occasion.

On top of writing the new release, Natalie also stars in the psychological thriller epic, which tells the story of blind pianist Sofia, who overhears a struggle which leads to the death of her neighbour.
Sofia is soon drawn into the dangerous criminal underworld - a world with links to her own hidden past.

Hats on: The Irishman finished off his stylish display with a baker boy cap for the event
Natalie has spent the last seven years developing the script, before finally making it a motion picture and admitted that it's something she would to delve into again.
Speaking to Irish News at the premiere, she said '[Writing] has been a steep learning curve, but very enjoyable – I’d love to try again sometime.
'It was easier to play a character that you’ve written because you know their psychology inside out.
'She gets drawn into this world that she’s not anticipating, but she’s not all she seems either so it’s a fun role to play.'
In Darkness is set to hit US theatres on May 25th 2018. The flick is available on DVD & Digital from 9 July and in select cinemas from 6 July around the UK.
