Man shuts down LA traffic by climbing onto freeway sign wearing only his underwear before back flipping off it

An environmental protester climbed onto a freeway sign in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday, shutting down a major road and attracting a lot of strange looks.  The man, who has identified himself as small-time rapper Dephree, unfurled three signs during his time on the bridge, one which said 'fight pollution not each other', and the other which simply said 'Dephree'. His third sign was positioned away from the sign, on some of the metal support poles. It read: 'Give a hoot, don't pollute'. Witnesses to the bizarre spectacle said Dephree, who was armed with a megaphone and wearing only his underwear, had spoken about God, love, himself and freestyle rapping.

Director and photographer of the video and images, Ashley Armitage, hopes that by showing women with body hair, it will become less of taboo and more normalized. She said: 'It’s amazing that Billie is the first shaving company to actually show women with body hair. How can you know that a razor is even doing its job if all it's doing is swiping off some shaving cream? And more importantly, why is showing female body hair so taboo?'

Remarkable footage shows the curious cephalopod being transported on 29-year-old Jess Grubb's right side. She was being filmed during an underwater session in Oahu, Hawaii, when the strange coupling occurred. Videographer Shane Brown, 26, spotted the creature swimming close to Jess, and, hoping to film the pair swimming in tandem, he attempted to encourage it towards her. Instead, the octopus latched onto her and remained there for 30 minutes.
