The 90-minute film focuses on Jenny (Sheridan), a mother-of-two whose life is turned upside down when her own mother Mary (Alison) has a devastating stroke that causes her to develop dementia.

Sheridan appeared to be in bright spirits as they filmed in the sunshine, but she was quick to jump headfirst into her gritty role.

Dressed in a casual ensemble that saw her wear a green jacket over a light blue shirt and jeans, the actress looked downcast as she got into character.
