She is now a mother-of-three after welcoming twin boys with former Pro Baseball player husband Jim Edmonds on June 5.

And Meghan King Edmonds, 33, was positively glowing as she showed off her baby sons Hayes and Hart in a family photoshoot alongside Jim and 18-month-old daughter Aspen this week.

The former Real Housewives of Orange County star looked lovely in a pink dress as she posed at her luxurious St Louis, Missouri home.

Meghan flashed a big smile showing off her blonde locks styled sleek and straight as she cradled her newborn boys, one in each arm.

Little Aspen was all smiles as she peered over mom's shoulder wearing a pink and white striped sundress and matching bow in her hair.

Hayes and Hart were dressed in matching white puppy-print onesies and white beanie hats.

The family posed in the stylish family nursery complete with two beautiful wooden cribs and plush white daybed.

At one point doting dad Jim, who was formerly a center fielder in the MLB, carefully guided Aspen down a white indoor slide as she giggled with delight.

The new mom is quickly snapping back into shape thanks to the Belly Bandit Belly Wrap which she showed off in one of the photos.

The reality star looked slim as she posed outside wearing leaf-print leggings and a grey tank top.

Meghan - who underwent IVF for both of her pregnancies - revealed last week that Hart had suffered a health scare.

'Even babies born at 37 weeks aren't truly considered 'full term' and we had a scare with Hart's test results, but he got retested and is fine,' she said in a post.

Meghan added: 'My heart and prayers go out to all the families whose babies are experiencing any health hardships, waiting on results, or dealing with watching your baby in the hospital. You all are stronger than you know and I am sending you all the love I can muster.'

Hart had high bilirubin levels — a condition that affects 80 percent of premature babies.

Hyperbilirubinemia in infants leads to jaundice and the yellow discoloration of the skin and eyeballs.

Meghan revealed last week that Hart had suffered a health scare with high levels of bilirubin, but he was retested and is doing well

The Bravo star admitted she's already felt the difference with two newborns.

'I mean, feeding two at the same time is, like, next level,' Edmonds told Us Weekly. 'I just thought it would be so easy and it's not.'

The St. Louis native is utilizing the help of a nanny, a night nurse, and her mom.

Jim has four other children from two previous marriages: Hayley Edmonds, Landon Edmonds, Lauren Edmonds, and Sutton Edmonds.
