They're one of Hollywood's most iconic married couples.

And Ellen DeGeneres and Portia di Rossi looked as loved up as ever as they graced an event hosted by interiors brand Restoration Hardware on Wednesday night.

The couple - who, in August, will celebrate 10 years of marriage - cosied up at the party, which was being thrown to celebrate General Public CEO Portia's company's merge with the home store.

Ellen wore a smart/casual ensemble of a plaid jacket and stone slacks.

She wore a crisp white shirt under the jacket with a loosely-hanging neck tie at the front.

Ellen added brown boots to complete the look as she walked-hand-in-hand with her wife.

Portia looked lovely in a semi-sheer linen blouse and pants combo, featuring floaty sleeves with cut-outs teasing her svelte frame underneath.

If there's one trend that screams summer it's broderie anglaise.

This prettiest of embroidery techniques is a fashion classic and invokes images of riverside picnics, sunny days and lounging on freshly cut grass while wistfully reading poetry. Or is that particular fantasy just us?
