The mother-of-four recently confessed she thought she was pregnant during a sun-soaked trip to Miami, Florida with her beau.

But the former beauty queen explained her polycystic ovaries and endometriosis caused her stomach to swell.

The reality star has previously discussed how she feels 'lonely' in a house of boys as she raises four sons and lives with her doting fiancé Michael O'Neill.

Danielle shares her youngest tot nine-month-old Ronnie with her current love Michael after giving birth in the autumn last year.

She raises Archie, aged seven, Harry, aged six, and George, aged four, with her former flame and footballer ex-husband Jamie O'Hara.

Recently, Danielle confessed she is willing to go to great lengths to have a little girl as she has her sights set on undergoing gender selection.

Gender selection is currently illegal in the UK but still legal in the United States and Cyprus, where a woman can choose if she gives birth to a boy or girl through IVF.

The controversial procedure, also called Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis, reportedly costs around £5,000 for the private IVF treatment, as well as £8,000 per PGD cycle, according to The Baby Centre.

She told OK! magazine: 'If it happens, it happens, but we want to do gender selection. I’ve been honest about the fact that I’d really like a little girl.'

Having thought about the procedure for a long time, Danielle had initially received criticism when unveiling her plans with The Sun's Fabulous magazine in December.

The reality star continued: ‘I would regret it if I got to 50 and didn’t have a daughter, and I don’t want to have any regrets, so I’m going to do it.’

Danielle also revealed that she did think she could be pregnant recently, and was pictured with a pregnancy test.

‘We did think I was pregnant, but I have polycystic ovaries and then endometriosis when I’m ovulating, which makes me swell up so I look and feel like I’m pregnant,' she explained.
