Steve Coogan and Paul Rudd engage in a passionate romp on a bear rug as they play bickering lovers in new comedy Ideal Home
They're two of Hollywood's most beloved comedy actors, who have always wowed audiences with their keen sense of humour.
And Steve Coogan, 52, and Paul Rudd, 49, are joining forces in new comedy Ideal Home, where they will take on the roles of constantly bickering couple Erasmus (Coogan) and Paul (Rudd).
It seems the film will see their characters engage in some rather steamy scenes, as new stills released on Friday reveal.
Getting intimate: Steve Coogan, 52, and Paul Rudd, 49, are joining forces in new comedy Ideal Home, where they will take on the roles of constantly bickering couple Erasmus and Paul
The exchange sees the actors enjoy a moment of passion while sprawled out naked on a bear rug.
Paul is shown ardently throwing himself on top of his character's lover, completely immersed in the moment.
Steve is seen equally throwing himself into the role, looking just as enamoured by the night's events.
Erasmus and Paul's intimate evenings together may be few and far between in the film though, as the pair are constantly at loggerheads with each other.

In one particularly amusing scene, a character asks Paul why he wants to stay with his partner if he finds him so irritating.
He responds: 'Part of me wants to stick around just to watch him die.'
Despite their personal issues, the perpetually argumentative couple have another drama coming as they suddenly become guardians to Erasmus' grandson that he didn't even know he had.
Erasmus, it seems, fathered a love child during an 'experiment' with a woman in his younger years, and now he must take care of his grandchild when his offspring is sent to jail.

Neither Paul nor his partner want to give up their extravagant lifestyle in order to raise the kid, but given they have little choice they decide to go through with it.
Unbeknown to them it's the best decision they've ever made, as their new parenting role helps them realise the importance of family.
The film, which is directed by Andrew Fleming, is released in cinemas in the US on Friday and will hit the UK on July 8.
