School's out and it's summer camp time for the kids.

Tell that to the weather in New York City where it poured with rain as Heidi Klum and her youngest daughter Lou, eight, walked to the pick-up point for the camp bus.

The pair found shelter under a huge black umbrella as they made their way through the soaked streets.

The 45-year-old model-turned TV personality wore an over-sized black hoodie with the hood up over her blonde tresses that feathered out around her face and spilled down her chest.

The America's Got Talent host teamed it with cropped skinny jeans and black lace-up Nikes.

And Heidi flashed her perfectly manicured red nails as she held the umbrella.

At one point little Lou took over brolly duty making sure she and her mom were protected from the inclement weather.

The tween looked cute in a light blue zip-up jacket and black cropped pants plus black Nike sneakers.

Feeling a bit cold, she cuddled up to her mom when they got to the pick-up point.

Heidi shares Lou and her two sons - Henry, 12, and Johan, 11 - with her ex-husband, musician Seal.

The 55-year-old Brit also adopted Heidi's oldest daughter, Helene, 14.

Her father is Flavio Briatore, the Italian managing director of Renault's Formula One team, with whom Heidi had a brief affair.

Seal, whose real name is Henry Olusegun Adeola Samuel, and Heidi split in 2012 after nearly seven years of marriage.

Since then she has been in relationships with her former bodyguard Martin Kirsten from 2012 to 2014 and art dealer Vito Schnabel from 2014 to 2017.

Her new beau is Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz, 28. The couple were spotted kissing In March and they enjoyed a vacation together in Mexico in April and went to the Cannes Film Festival in the South of France in May.
