Justin Bieber's former neighbor wants him ARRESTED for skipping deposition in egging case for FIFTH time so he could be with Hailey in NYC
- Justin said he was too busy to attend a deposition for his 2014 egging case
- The deposition was supposed to take place in Los Angeles on June 22
- But instead the Sorry singer was in NYC with on-again girlfriend Hailey Baldwin
- Now his former neighbor Jeffrey Schwartz has asked a judge to arrest Bieber
Justin Bieber appeared to have a great time in NYC with on-again supermodel girlfriend Hailey Baldwin on June 22.
But his former neighbor Jeffrey Schwartz wasn't too happy when images of the Sorry hitmaker strolling in the city with his lady love surfaced.
That's because the Canadian said he was too busy that day to sit in on a deposition regarding the ongoing egging case that involved Schwartz's Calabasas, California home in 2014, according to TMZ.
This is the fifth time Bieber has canceled a deposition and the neighbor has told the judge he now wants the star arrested.
Doing his own thing: Justin Bieber appeared to have a great time in NYC with Hailey Baldwin last week. But his former neighbor Jeffrey Schwartz wasn't too happy when images of the Sorry hitmaker strolling in the city with his lady love surfaced
Busy: That's because on the same day he was seen kissing Hailey, Bieber was supposed to be in LA for a deposition regarding his egging case from 2014 in Calabasas, California
He added that for each day that Justin refuses to sit for the deposition, the Baby singer should be fined $1,000.
Schwartz also has accused the singer of engaging in 'obfuscation and delay tactics.'
Jeffrey has said that he has long been a victim of the Grammy favorite. During the long-running legal battle, Schwartz has claimed he was 'terrorized' and suffered emotional distress due to the egg attack itself.
He claimed there was spitting and talk of physical fights after the event.
Schwartz and his wife Suzanne have also accused Bieber of using anti-Semitic taunts, and claim they suffer headaches, stomach aches and sleepless nights due to the distress he caused.
Bieber has already paid out more than $80,000 in damages for the egging at the Calabasas home.
No worries here: Justin looked to be in fine spirits on Wednesday evening when he attended church in LA
Dressed down: The cover boy wore an oversized yellow shirt with beige slacks and a blue cap over his grown-out blonde hair
Dab hand: He enjoyed a spot of dabbing as he headed into church in Hollywood
He needs to be careful: The man whose house allegedly was egged has asked a judge to arrest Bieber for canceling five depositions. He also asked the star to be fined $1,000 a day for each day he misses a depo
Not facing the music: Schwartz also has accused the singer of engaging in 'obfuscation and delay tactics'
He pleaded no contest to his misdemeanor vandalism charge in July 2014, and was sentenced to two years probation, 12 weeks of anger management, and five days community service which he completed at a homeless shelter.
Meanwhile Justin has been enjoying his rekindled romance with model Baldwin, putting on many a PDA — including the make-out session in the middle of an NY street on June 22.
He was spotted on Wednesday night looking completely unfazed by the legal drama, dabbing as he headed into church in Hollywood.
The cover boy wore an oversized yellow shirt with beige slacks and a blue cap over his grown-out blonde hair. He met up with two make friends, who he shook hands with.
Allegations: Schwartz and his wife Suzanne have accused Bieber of using anti-Semitic taunts, and claim they suffer headaches, stomach aches and sleepless nights due to the distress he caused
Shelling out: Bieber has already paid out almost $80,000 in damages for the egging at the Calabasas home
