Yet, Adam Collard, 22, appears to be moving on from his former love as he lock lips with series newbie Darylle Sargeant, 24, on Sunday's episode of Love Island. 

The lothario seems to prove that he won't be changing his loverat ways anytime soon as the chemistry between them initially builds when the two villas are forced to compete against one another in a challenge dubbed Raunchy Race.

The pair get close as the tattooed beauty happily plants lipstick kisses on Adam’s gym-honed physique for the task to see which villa earns the most points to win a party that night.

Later in the game, Adam then chooses Darylle when the 'tallest boy must do a sex position with a girl of his choice.'

With the pair getting to know each other better throughout the day, Darylle wants to get to the bottom of Adam’s feelings for Zara, questioning him on what he would have done had Zara still been in the villa.

Laying it on 'factor 50' thick, he says: 'I think now looking at you, it would have been a very hard decision.

'I haven’t got a bad word to say about Zara. But I feel a lot more comfortable with you straightaway than with anyone else here.'

As the pair then kiss, Darylle admits she’s keeping an open mind with Adam, reminding herself that he has infact coupled up with three other girls during his time in the villa.

'He’s got a bit of a reputation for himself, I feel like I should be a little bit wary,' she said. 'But I feel quite happy with the situation.'

Reflecting on his latest romantic pursuit, he confessed: 'It’s been super natural and it’s flowed. The way my chat and her chat naturally is, we just get on quite well.'

As they discussed the events of the day, Darylle asks the Newcastle native how he feels about his bed-hopping. 

She asks: 'You’ve literally had a girl a week. Do you feel proud of yourself?'. To which, Adam retorts: 'No. No actually not.' 

His recent actions come as Zara McDermott's hopes of a romance with Adam were dashed on Friday night, after the government adviser watched him lock lips with new girl Darylle in a teaser clip on the hit ITV2 show. 

Taking to her Instagram stories, Zara, 21, told followers she had filmed a reaction to the episode and looked less-than-impressed with the Lothario's antics.

 She added three emojis to the post- a coffee, a thinking face and a frog icon, cryptically hinting she has received a wake up call.

On Friday's episode Adam wasted no time moving on, as the personal trainer confessed he 'could be happier with someone else', despite Zara recently proclaiming the pair are in love.

Adam and the rest of the boys have temporarily moved into Casa Amor whilst they mingle with six new girls, whilst their female counterparts have been treated to six new boys joining them in the original villa.  

Speaking to new girl Darylle about whether he is ready to move on from Zara he said: 'It was super emotional at the time when it happened and I was happy with her but if I could be happier with someone else, I may as well try with someone else and see how things go.

And in a teaser clip for Sunday's episode, the pair enjoy a steamy smooch. 

It comes after Zara vowed to wait for Adam on the outside, claiming their relationship was so strong after 10 days of knowing each other that they are already in love.

In a lengthy post, she wrote: 'Leaving Adam in the villa was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. He is so wonderful and I hope that everyone can now see that. The bond we built in the villa was something I never expected and so different to anything I have ever experienced before.'

Addressing his decision to remain in the villa without her — despite claiming he was devastated by her departure, Zara continued: 'Whether he chooses to stay or leave is completely his decision; I support him no matter what he does, and I will always be ready to welcome him home.

'As much as I didn’t want to leave without him, I know that this experience is once in a lifetime and I’d never want to take that away from him. I walked into the villa wanting to find someone and also to find myself and I think I’ve done both.

She concluded: 'Thank you guys for all your love, it means the world to me especially now that I am out in the big wide world on my own without my partner in crime! These past few days have been hard, but thank you guys again for everything.'
