She confirmed she was back together with her ex Patrick Kedemos last month after brutally dumping Sean Thomsen weeks earlier.
And now Married At First Sight star Tracey Jewel has claimed Sean was a 'rebound'.
Speaking on The Real Pod podcast in New Zealand while on her This Goddess Means Business book tour, Tracey also said she regretted the short-lived relationship.

'I don't regret Dean but yes, what was I thinking [with Sean]? It was a rebound!' she said.

The brunette beauty went on to explain that she latched on to Sean as a rebound, trying desperately to mask her heartache caused by Dean.
'I did have real feelings for him 100 percent,' she said.
'But this is the thing, right? You want to move on, so you find somebody to move on with.

'And it was one of those situations where we were still in the middle and you don't know what's real and what isn't.
'It's a bit of a whirlwind and it was a bit exciting as all relationships are to begin with but then when you're out of it and you look back on it you're like 'what [was I thinking?'
Tracey went on to confirm that she is no longer in contact or on amicable terms with Sean.
'I'm all for ending things all amicable and stuff and to start, it was all good,' Tracey explained. 'But then he started this whole anti-Tracey hate club and he's hanging out with one of my ex boyfriends Malcolm Day.'
