Rumors of a split between Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx were dismissed as '100 percent untrue' by the starlet's representatives earlier this week.
And on Saturday a source close to the actor told People that the 50-year-old talent 'doesn't seem worried' about the gossip swirling around his relationship.
In fact, the Collateral star was in Miami, Florida on Saturday enjoying 'a guys' weekend.'

The Miami Vice star was snapped at the Monster 14th Annual Irie Weekend powered by South Florida Ford, and later was seen donning a red Belgium polo and ripped blue jeans at the Sprint IWXIV BBQ Beach Bash and Concert.
With swarms of fans below, Foxx joined DJ Irie and Guy Fieri on stage.

He shaded his eyes with a pair of large black sunglasses, pulled a flat brim hat over his head, and didn't seem stressed in the slightest as he put his feet up while relaxing with his celebrity pals.
