The most viewed homes for sale overseas have been revealed, with one location repeatedly featuring in the list compiled by property website Zoopla.

Spain dominates the top 10 list of most viewed homes overseas for sale suggesting that buyers are keen on a home in the sun within easy reach of Britain. The list also includes properties in France, Italy, Montenegro and the US.

The homes vary significantly in price, from a mere £33,000 for a two-bedroom detached house in Spain's Valencia to £22million for an eight-bedroom house in Spain's Ibiza - meaning there is something for a variety of budgets.

Among the properties is one in Majorca that featured in a previous season of TV's Love Island. The latest series of the Bafta award-winning show began this week.

Called 'Casa Amor', the Majorcan villa has a modern design, a swimming pool and several terraces, all included in the asking price of £2.5million.

Lawrence Hall of Zoopla, said: 'With Love Island kicking off this week and once again set to rule our screens this summer, it is not surprising that interest in Casa Amor, previously featured on the show as a secret location, has once again drawn interest.'

Top of the list of most popular properties for sale overseas is a 10-bedroom house in Spain's Ibiza.

The renovated property is the ideal holiday home for entertaining with a BBQ, swimming pool, tennis court and a Jacuzzi on the rooftop.

There is also a guest house with an additional two bedrooms, with Ibiza Town a five minute drive away.

The cheapest property is a two-bedroom house in Valencia, on the south east coast of Spain.

Here we reveal Zoopla's top 10 most viewed homes overseas on its website last month.

1.  Ten-bedroom house in Spain's Ibiza for £15.7m (€18m)

This property is ideal for entertaining, having a BBQ area, swimming pool and a guest house.

It is only five minutes from Ibiza Town and is being sold by estate agents Lavin-Estate.
