Couple hit banned from looking into neighbour's windows by 'Asbo'

Nigel Jacklin and wife Sheila (main image) were shocked to be issued with a 'community protection warning', the modern version on an Asbo, after being accused of harassing their neighbours. The couple have been warned by police they face prosecution if they are 'perceived by any person to be looking into any neighbour's property'. They have also been banned from walking directly to the beach past their neighbour's home because it now forms part of an 'exclusion zone' (top right) imposed on them. It comes after Dr Stephane Duckett (top left) and partner Norinne Betjemann (inset, top, centre left) bought a disused workshop opposite the Jacklins' house and set about converting it into a £400,000 weekend holiday home (bottom right). The Jacklins complained about noisy builders and light pollution before they were accused of harassment. The row comes amid concern over the use of 'community protection warnings'.

A Prince in the Holy City: Armed guards shield Duke of Cambridge as he wears yarmulke for prayers at The Western Wall after visit to The Temple Mount in Jerusalem during historic tour of Israel

Prince William prayed at the most sacred site accessible to Jews today when he visited the Western Wall in Jerusalem's Old City. With a kippah skull cap on his head, the Duke of Cambridge placed a written prayer on a folded piece of paper into one of the cracks in the wall, held his right hand against the ancient stones and spent around a minute in quiet contemplation with his eyes shut. William was escorted around the holy site by Britain's Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis and the rabbi of the Western Wall, Shmuel Rabinovitch, on the last day of his historic visit to the Middle East. A large crowd of Jewish worshippers watched him as he prayed. One man shouted out: 'We love you' as the prince prayed. Supporters joked that while Ronaldo might be carrying the Portugal team and Messi the Argentine side, the only thing carrying the German team now is a Lufthansa plane home. Others mocked up photos of German towels on aircraft seats, a reference to the popular English joke that Germans always reserve the sun-loungers in holiday resorts.

England and Belgium fans prepare for the most 'BORING' game of World Cup 2018

You would think that the first priority for both teams in a football match is to win. But that might not be the case when England take on Belgium at Kaliningrad Stadium in the World Cup tonight, as both sides could benefit from defeat. For the loser will face an arguably easier run (on the right side of the graphic), with Sweden or Switzerland in the quarter-finals - before Spain , Russia , Croatia or Denmark in the semi-finals. However, the winner of tonight's game in Group G (on the left side of the graphic) will play Brazil or Mexico in the quarter-finals - and then France, Argentina, Uruguay or Portugal in the semis. Ahead of tonight's match at 7pm UK time in Kaliningrad (where fans are pictured, left and bottom right), Belgium and England sit exactly level on six points, a goal difference of six and eight goals scored. And fans are dubious about the potential quality of tonight's match.
