Love Island's Eyal reveals he has been secretly messaging 2017 winner Amber Davies... as he takes a swipe at ex Megan's 'ulterior motives'

He became the fifth person to leave the Love Island villa after failing to woo blonde bombshells Hayley Hughes and Megan Barton Hanson.

But Eyal Booker's luck with the ladies seems to have taken a turn for the better as he revealed he has been secretly messaging last year's winner Amber Davies, 20. 

The model, 22, revealed the stunning brunette had slid into his Twitter DMs, while making a swipe at his ex Megan and her 'ulterior motives' on Monday.

Speaking about who messaged him since his exit on Roman Kemp's Capital Breakfast show, he said: 'There’s a couple of blue tickers floating around but, you know, I’m just, I’m taking some time out now, you know, I’m taking it slow.'

When asked if Amber was one those messaging him, Eyal came over shy and started laughing. Joking Roman said: 'Amber, stop', to which the axed islander replied: 'Amber don't stop'. 

The radio host then tweeted: 'It looks like @Amber_Davies7 has a type... And Eyal found that out straight after leaving #LoveIsland, didn't he?'

Caught out, Amber, who previously enjoyed a romance with Kem Cetinay of last year's series, responded: 'ffs'. 

After the pair parted ways last year, Amber's ex beau has been pictured sharing a kiss with axed island Kendall Rae-Knight, while the television personality's brief relationship with James Hawkins fizzled out earlier this month. 

As Eyal continued his promotional trail, the hunky curly-haired model hit out at his ex Megan during his interview on This Morning.

He said: 'Megan was shy and that’s what I liked. I thought we could bounce off of each other, it just so happens that actually that isn’t the kind of person that she is and she has ulterior motives.

Speaking about his first kiss with the former stripper in front of Dr Alex George, who at the time liked the blonde beauty, he said: 'It’s all edited in a certain way, I didn’t know who was over at the kitchen, I kind of had my blinkers on. 

'She said I want a man who takes the lead, if you want to kiss me, you should. 

'Ulterior motives': He said: 'I thought we could bounce off of each other, it just so happens that actually that isn’t the kind of person that she is and she has ulterior motives'

'And I did, as soon as I found out when Alex was there, I pulled him aside, I said I would never do that to you. I think if Alex finds a genuine coupling within there then I think people will love that because the public are rooting for him.' 

The islander had previously lashed out at the blonde bombshell saying he should have 'judged a book by its cover' during an appearance on Love Island spin-off show Aftersun. 

Reflecting on his experience on the ITV2 stalwart, the London model admitted that he saw Megan's 'true colours' when she abruptly broke things off with him and then spent the night kissing Wes.

In a segment which aired on the ITV2 spin-off, Eyal, who was originally paired with Hayley Hughes, was reunited with his family before he went out with a pal and his brother for a debrief of his experience over a drink. 

He said: 'It just so happens that we weren't right for each other and that she played me. 'But at the same time, I'm glad I saw her true colours and actually sometimes you should judge a book by it's f***ing cover.

He added: 'Because sometimes that book is s**t and you shouldn't read it.

His admission comes as viewers Love Island 's Wes and Megan rocked the boat last week when they ditched their respective partners Laura and Eyal to enjoy a night together, outside on the day bed.

While this is where the clip ends, it's presumed that Wes will be kicked off the show - should Laura choose to recouple with her new love interest Jack.
