But this weekend, Sarah Jessica Parker stood out without her fancy outfits as she posed in a simple black bathing suit while on the beach in Montauk, New York.

The 53-year-old TV and movie star looked half her age as she showed off a very toned and slender figure while walking on the beach like any other summer tourist.

A one piece for one pretty lady: The siren - who has starred in Footloose and Hocus Pocus - posed in a simple black bathing suit while on the beach in Montauk, New York

The actress seemed flawless without any unwanted fat, stretch marks or scars.

It's clear she puts in her time at the gym, though the beauty does not seem to make a big fuss of working out.

And she did not seem to have one tattoo on her body, which is unusual for a celebrity -think of all the ink Angelina Jolie and Bella Thorne. 

The I Don't Know How She Does It actress had on sunglasses and a necklace. And she was seen carrying a book as she enjoyed her time on Long Island.

The star told Good Housekeeping several years ago that looking great is not everything: 'Women in this country should be reminded to be healthy rather than to be a size zero.'

And she added her figure looks good because she has an advantage with her high income. 'I'm not going to kid you: Money changes everything. I'm fortunate enough to have things like private trainers and yoga classes. I realize that.'

And Parker did say that she exercises a lot: 'It's come to my attention that I'd better do it. I do yoga whenever I can, and I do like feeling fit and healthy. When you're young, you can run around and not really care about what shape you're in because you wake up every day feeling OK. But now that I'm older, I need to do more for myself.'

And she eats what she likes.

'I think about food all the time. Matthew and I will lie in bed at night, and we'll say to each other, "Who is going to make the coffee tomorrow? What kind of coffee should we have? The Kenyan or the Jamaican? 

'What are we going to eat? If you get up before me, are you going to make bacon? Will you make the eggs over easy? Will you put cheese in them? Should we have whole wheat toast?" It's very sexy.'

She added, 'Then we have breakfast the next morning, and we talk about what we want to eat for lunch. And at lunch, we talk about dinner. Basically, we think and talk about food all the time.'

Sarah Jessica currently stars in another HBO hit series called Divorce, which returned for season two on January 14.

The show follows Frances, played by SJP, and Robert, played by Thomas Haden Church, as they struggle through a long, drawn out divorce. 

It focuses on the middle-aged couple living in the suburbs of New York City as they grapple with the effects of their failing marriage, not just on themselves, but also on their children and friends, ranging from awkward public encounters to difficult private therapy sessions.
