She's a busy working mother-of-two, and now Katie Piper is hoping to win over fellow mums with her first fashion range aimed at 'twinning' with your tots.

The businesswoman, 34, this week unveils Mummy & Me, which specialises in matching outfits for mothers and daughters.

The range is Katie's second collection with online retailer Want That Trend, and consists of 23 matching pieces in a variety of vibrant colours, prints and patterns.

The TV personality and activist said she is 'obsessed' with twinning her outfits with her daughter Belle, four.

Katie, who also shares six-month-old Penelope with husband Richard Sutton, says she hopes the range will allow mums and their daughters to showcase the unique bond shared between the two.

She said: 'I wanted to launch my own match with mummy range as I am obsessed with ''twinning'' with my daughter Belle but have really struggled to find stylish options out there that allow us to do so.

'A mother and daughter bond is so special and I think it's really lovely to be able to coordinate and have fun doing it together.'

The collection is available in adult sizes 8-18 and children aged 2-8 years and the pieces mirror Katie's personal style.

It includes skater and maxi dresses, along with a mix of matching t-shirts, loungewear and pyjamas.

Her latest venture follows on from the success of her debut clothing and maternity collections with Want That Trend.Com, which immediately sold out when stocked by Next last month.

She has also launched a Summer '18 Maternity Collection, which is made up of 28 pieces in vibrant block colours and floral patterns.

Katie said: 'As a mother myself, I know how hard it can be to find maternity clothes that you can look and feel amazing in and are at an affordable price-point.

'So, following the birth of my second daughter Penelope, I am absolutely thrilled to be launching my new maternity range, which I hope can continue to help expecting mothers to feel confident and attractive in their fashion choices.'

The former model first hit headlines aged 24, following a horrific acid attack in 2008 that left her scarred and blind in one eye.

She has since become a public figure, author and philanthropist, with 11 books under her belt.

Katie recently spoke to MailOnline about her two-stone weight loss since becoming a mother for the second time, revealing she had devised her own wellness plan.

She said: 'I basically do things like incorporate work-outs in the front room, like ab work, squats and lunges. You can put the baby in a bouncer and work out at the same time.

'Or, like this morning, I went to the park in gym gear with the kids, let them play, and did my cardio for the day at the same time.

'It's about making it realistic for mothers. But it's also about general well-being.'
