Millie Mackintosh and Hugo Taylor cemented their 12 year-long on-off romance last week when they married in an idyllic Sussex wedding. 

And the Made In Chelsea star couple ensured their love was honoured in an exquisite fashion as they threw themselves into planning the perfect day, complete with a bevy of celebrity guests, tearful moments and tables named after nightclubs. 

Featuring the big day in Hello! Magazine, the enamoured duo detailed the intricacies of their romantic day in which they tied the knot at Hugo's uncle's country estate Whithurst Park while Millie wowed in a dress from Kate Halfpenny.

Millie and Hugo dated in 2011 while on Made In Chelsea, but split up when it emerged he had cheated on Millie with her friend Rosie Fortescue, who attended the wedding alongside a bevy of their other co-stars.

They reunited in the second half of 2016 and Taylor proposed during a holiday in Mykonos, Greece, in July last year. She was previously married to musician Professor Green, real name Stephen Manderson, in September 2013.

The couple announced their split in February 2016 after two-and-a-half years of marriage and finalised their divorce in May 2016 - the same week that Millie went public with Hugo during a trip to Monaco.

After their lengthy romantic history, the couple were clearly treating their big day as their happy ever after as Millie sat in awe of Hugo's speech as he branded her 'his angel' before lauding her honesty, compassion and electrifying beauty'.

The speech was read following the wedding breakfast, which saw the celebrity guests tuck into a feast of fried chicken, bread and a variety of gluten free sauces.   

Enamoured newlywed Millie revealed that she was accompanied down the aisle by the family's pug, Mabel, as she said: ' It wouldn't be right to get married without Mabel. She's one of the family'.

Among the celebrity guests at the wedding were Spencer Matthews, who was Hugo's best man, and his pregnant wife, Vogue Williams.

Vogue herself was one of the few stars to share social media action from the day as she took to Instagram to post an image of her stunning lilac dress. 

TV presenter Louise Roe also posted from the nuptials as she posed in a stunning polka dot gown before watching her pal wed. 

They were joined by Made In Chelsea stars Rosie, Jamie Laing and Oliver Proudlock, as well as model and TV personality Jodie Kidd, model Zara Martin, actress and model Poppy Delevingne and former Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts.

The couple had a religious blessing at Whithurst Park as they had married formally at Chelsea's Old Town Hall in London three days prior to the celebration.
