They snapped up a lavish £11.25million London home in West London in November, a stone's throw from his pal David Beckham's home. 

And now Liv Tyler, 41, and Dave Gardner, also 41 have given fans a glimpse of their jaw-dropping abode on Instagram, revealing how they made their four-storey townhouse a home with mid-century furniture, lavish chandeliers, feature walls and art deco floors.

Having only bought the seven bedroom home seven months ago, the model-turned-actress, who got engaged to the football agent in 2015, has already managed to put her own kooky bohemian touches on the jaw-dropping property and regularly posts candid shots from their cosy homes.

Ever since they moved in, the couple has been candid about their in-house goings-on sharing everything from their celebrity hangouts to their personal celebrations.

Most of her social media activity is centered around their inviting living rooms and in one shot, the daughter of Steve Tyler is seen cuddled up on her grey green three-seater couch with her son Sailor, three, and daughter Lula, two, infront of a feature floral painted wall which framed the ceiling and wall.  

Showcasing her boho personality, the film star complemented the room with blush-coloured curtains, soft lighting, checkered rug, and foliage.

A clear homebody, the beauty loves entertaining and regularly has A-list visitors over, including pal Kate Moss, to lounge around her cosy sitting rooms which feature the blush and mink theme throughout.

The duo of images gave a hint of the design of the home, as the shots showed lavish art deco and marble flooring while also boasting the property's off-white walls, inviting sofas and vibrant artwork. 

An image of one the couple's rooms, which was taken to showcase their impressive Christmas tree and presents, showed abstract art on the wall, a piano that boasted a family portrait and lavish crystal chandelier.

Captioning the shot, he wrote: 'Yipppeeee the decorations are complete presents all wrapped and now off to bed the babies will wake in about 5 minutes.' 

Showcasing their close-knit family dynamic, Liv regularly posts videos of Dave with their children and hilariously shared a charming video of her other half carrying their son down their winding blush-carpeted staircase, iron Victorian railings and art deco flooring.

And while the interiors may be something to marvel at, the abode features an incredible balcony on both the front and back of the property which is seen regularly in the background of the photos she's taken of her youngest children.

The couple previously snapped up a new £11.25million London home in west London. The lavish, four-storey townhouse boasts seven bedrooms, offering the couple ample room for their children. 

The Lord Of The Rings actress and her other half have been based in north London for years, members of the exclusive Primrose Hill set famed for partying together in the '90s.

Liv and Dave have been engaged since September 2015, when Dave got down on one knee and popped the question.

She later admitted it hadn't been the most glamorous of moments, telling FABLife she was pregnant at the time and had just stepped out of the shower.

'It was very sweet I was very surprised. I had no idea and I didn't look very attractive,' she said. 'I was pregnant and I was like crying and had just come out of the shower and I was like unpacking. It wasn't a very glamorous moment.'

Liv and Dave share son Sailor, three, and daughter Lula, 18 months, while the actress also has son Milo, 13, with her ex-husband Royston Langdon. 

Speaking to Red magazine last year, she insisted it was the desire to extend their families that helped strengthen her relationship with her British partner.

‘We both wanted to have a family and children and a partnership and love,' she explained. ‘Our jobs are high stress and high energy and constantly moving, so it’s really just the family part we’re on the same page about, which is amazing because I know that’s often quite tricky for couples.'

The couple put off their wedding in 2016 due to the arrival of Luna, but recently sparked rumours they had married in secret when Jack Whitehall, a good friend of Dave, referred to Liv as his 'friend's wife' on Instagram.
