Heidi Klum headed out to dinner with her new boyfriend, daughter and mother on Tuesday in New York City.

The 45-year-old TV star donned an all-black ensemble with a silky slip dress and matching sandals.

Heidi also carried a black sweater while strolling with eight-year-old Lou, her 28-year-old musician beau Tom Kaulitz and mother Erna.

Tom kept it casual in a loose dark V-neck T-shirt, black trousers and grey sneakers.

Lou wore a blue dress along with a grey jacket with rainbow trim. 

She finished her outfit with yellow sandals with white flowers and a rainbow unicorn hairpiece.

Erna meanwhile wore a black and white print dress and sandals.

Heidi was earlier spotted holding hands with Lou and shielding her with an umbrella from summer rain after picking her up from day camp.

The German-born beauty also has sons Henry, 12, and Johan, 11, with ex-husband Seal, 55.

Heidi also has a 14-year-old daughter Leni from a former relationship with Italian Formula One team manager Flavio Briatore, 68.

Tom and Heidi went public with their relationship in May after they were first linked together in March.

Heidi currently can be seen on America's Got Talent as a judge on the talent competition show.

AGT also starring Simon Cowell, Mel B and Howie Mandel as judges and Tyra Banks as host will air its next episode on Tuesday on NBC with the auditions concluding.
