The Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister, 34, was spotted carrying shopping bags from her car into the London home she shares with husband James Matthews on Monday.
The health-conscious expectant mother appeared to be carrying fruit and vegetables from Waitrose as well as household goods from Ikea.
She wore a £55 white cotton sundress from maternity label Séraphine, a favourite of her sister Kate, teamed with a pair of dark shades and casual trainers.

Pippa's appearance this week comes as the author and socialite wrote in her column for Waitrose Weekend magazine how Serena Williams had inspired her to continue playing tennis into her pregnancy.
Pippa used her column to publicly confirm her pregnancy for the first time at the start of June, and revealed a glimpse of her regular exercise regime.
Kate's sister, who tied the knot with banker 42-year-old James Matthews on May 30 last year, were recently forced to move out while renovations were carried out on their £17million west London home.

According to The Sun, they had already spent thousands of pounds updating their dream home over the last few months and are now splashing out a further £1.2million on a rear extension, air conditioning and a nursery.
Their mansion already boasts a gym, an underground cinema, a lift, a 'staff room' as well as six bedrooms.
James, who married Pippa last year, bought the stucco-fronted property in 2014.
The new arrival will close in age to his or her cousin, Prince Louis, who was born to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on April 23.
