And Alex Brooker enjoyed a break from his hectic schedule as he and wife Lynsey had a fun-filled night on the town in London on Wednesday.

The journalist, 34, paid a visit to a Chinese takeaway for some delicious fast food after his night out with his wife at capital hotspot, the Camden Roundhouse.

His glamorous wife, who he wed in 2014, showed off her lithe frame in a navy and white striped dress, teamed with black pumps.

After their brief rest in the takeaway, the pair made their way out into the street as they waited for a taxi to arrive.

Lynsey and Alex were seen eating some prawn crackers as they tucked into their meal on the street.

The couple then sweetly held hands as they flagged down a taxi before heading home together.

Alex, who was born in Ashford Kent, was born with hand and arm deformities, and wears a prosthetic leg.

He has campaigned against disability, and has appeared on Channel 4's The Last Leg since 2016 as well as co-presenting The Jump with Davina McCall.

The couple share one daughter Daphne, who was born in March 2017.
