And Ferne McCann was seen juggling her exercise regimen with motherhood on Thursday, as she stepped out in her native Essex.

Strutting along in figure-hugging gym wear, the former TOWIE star, 27, was seen hitting the shops after a work out, protein shake in one hand, baby milk in the other.

The TV personality had nipped into a local supermarket en route from the gym to get baby supplies for her daughter, Sunday.

Ferne puts her remarkable post-baby weight loss down to her exercise regime.

The model was dressed in black Nike jogging bottoms that perfectly showcased her transformation.

She wore a long-sleeved top, which was left unzipped slightly at the bust and matching black and white trainers.
