Baby got back! Tiffiny Hall shows off her spectacular assets while TWERKING on a wall just days after debuting her ripped physique

She's the former Biggest Loser coach who took her time bouncing back from birth - encouraging other women to run their own race in the new mum fitness stakes.

But Tiffiny Hall has well and truly earned back her ripped physique, posting a video of her end-of-workout routine on Thursday.

The mother-of-one, who gave birth almost a year ago, ended her intense session with a twerking display against the wall.

Tiffiny regularly opens up about how she lost 25 kilos after giving birth to her son Arnold.

The fruits of her labour were uploaded to Instagram on Wednesday in the form of an incredible ab photo.

Her six-pack was on full display, although she jokingly said the point of the new image was to show off her new hand towels - which were pictured beside her.

On Sunday, the 33-year-old showcased the rigorous workouts she does to maintain her post-baby body.

She set the tone early with the caption: 'No rest for the Ninja. I am holding myself accountable and adding to this week's #FitTiffDiaries. Who has pressed play this week?' 

The former Biggest Loser trainer flaunted her toned arms as she kicked off her workout with a series of dumbbell curls.

Gritting her teeth, Tiffiny gave her arms a battering as she pumped iron like a champ.

Following the dumbbell curls, she then upped the ante by hopping onto some gymnastic rings.

Tiffiny looked completely focused as she went through a series of abdominal curls and twists, showcasing her washboard abs in the process.

She then went one further by flipping completely upside down while grasping the gymnastic rings. 

Tiffiny looked at ease as she held her upside down position, flaunting her toned derrière while doing so.

For the final exercise, Tiffiny decided to combine the gymnastic rings with some more dumbbell curls.

Suspending herself from a gymnastic ring with one arm while lifting a dumbbell with the other, she was in full 'ninja' mode during her workout.

She attributes her fabulous physique to taking it slow and steady after giving birth to her son.

Starting almost completely from scratch, she said she couldn't even do a single push up when she began her journey toward regaining her post-baby body.

Once she began seeing improvements, Tiffiny switched her routine to her own TIFFXO workout plan.

Her high intensity 20-minute at home workouts and a gym session once a week helped her feel more confident.
