Caroline's racy image comes after she partied up a storm at the House Festival in London with her 27-year-old fiancé Andrew Brady.

The presenter's appearance at the Kenwood House event left Love Island viewers on Thursday when they noticed that a major elimination episode — which saw a total of four contestants dumped from the island — didn't feature the TV host at all.

Instead of Caroline's weekly slow-motion entrance into the villa ahead of delivering the news on contestants' status on the show, the hopefuls received news of losing the popular vote via text messages, which were read out by Samira Mighty.

However, while Twitter was flooded with speculation as to Caroline's reasons for being absent, it's actually regular protocol for her to miss an episode or two each season.

When contacted by MailOnline for comment, a representative for Love Island stated: 'Caroline isn't always present for the dumpings or the recouplings — we have used the text mechanism several times before over the last four series.'

Meanwhile, Caroline shared a snapshot of herself sitting on her beau's shoulders as they soaked up the festivities at the House Festival, frequently referred to as 'the poshest festival in the world.'

The former X Factor host looked incredible wearing a bright yellow dress as she watched events unfold, sporting a huge smile on her face.

Andrew's face was just visible but it was clear it was her beau, who proposed to her after a whirlwind two month romance.

The couple had something of a rocky start to their romance and split after a few weeks amid worries of cheating and claims Andrew was using Caroline for fame.

However, Caroline insisted she's in the throes of love as she recently gushed about her man in a recent Cosmopolitan interview.

She said: 'People talk about meeting someone and feeling as though you’ve known them your whole life. That’s what it felt like when I met you.

'I'll never forget seeing you walk into the restaurant – tall, with a smile 10 miles wide, not just for me but for everyone in there. Talking to you was effortless.

'There were no first-date nerves – just two people laughing and getting to know each other until the early hours. It was how all first dates should be.'
