A man suspected of breaking into a Florida apartment where he kidnapped two women and raped one at knife-point has been chased down and tased by police.
Benjamin Hovan, 32, allegedly broke into a Casselberry apartment where two women were having a girls' night in on June 30. After sexually battering one of them he forced them into one of their cars to head to a nearby Publix ATM to withdraw money.
At the store one of the women told an employee to call police, causing Hovan to flee the scene.
But Officer Austin Quinn found him as he was leaving a gas station in Titusville on Thursday.

Police cornered the Tallahassee man and he tried to outrun the officers Thursday morning, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
Police bodycam footage displays the moment an officer confronts Hovan who puts his hands up in surrender and obeying to orders to lay on the ground.
The officer shouts 'Handcuff him right now!' but when another deputy arrives on the scene, Hovan gets up and runs away.
The officer then immediately brings out his taser and frantically shoots at Hovan as he sprints away, and after the two run past the corner of the gas station, the prongs finally make contact causing Hovan to face-plant onto the concrete.
Once he's on the ground he's heard repeating 'ow ow ow'.
When the officer asks his name he can barely articulate it.
'You know who you look like?' Quinn says as he handcuffed Hovan and later identified him by his drivers license.
Hovan was identified as a suspect in the Casselberry case by fingerprints found at the scene.

He was wanted for several crimes throughout Tallahassee to South Miami.
Officer Quinn realized he found Hovan after he spotted a man that looked like him at the Marathon gas station Thursday at 11:30am, and noticed he tried to turn his face away from the officer, according to WFTV.
'The surveillance image I saw, he was behind a glass window, and when I saw him behind the glass door, he was a dead ringer for the guy,' Quinn said to Fox35.
Once inside, Quinn ran the license plate on his Mercedes and found it was stolen during a Miami home invasion, according to police.
Speaking on his quick thinking Quinn said: 'It was pretty high paced, because I didn't know he had a weapon on him. I had cause to stop him, I was pretty sure he was who I thought he was.'
'It feels pretty good because he could have stopped. No one else got hurt now he is where he needs to be for the time being,' he added.
He was booked into Brevard County Jail and will be transferred to Seminole County to face charges of home invasion, sexual battery, and kidnapping.
