And Simon Cowell showed off his smooth visage as he stepped out with girlfriend Lauren Silverman at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time festival in Hyde Park, London on Friday.

The music mogul, 58, cosied up to the America beauty, 40, in his signature buttoned-down shirt giving a glimpse of his muscular chest.

Lauren and Simon have been dating for five years, and had quite a tumultuous start to their romance.

The TV personality is said to have visited cosmetic surgeon Dr Jean-Louis Sebagh, known as the 'Picasso of dermatology', for a Silhouette Soft Lift, which promises to create a more 'youthful' appearance.

Simon revealed: 'There's lots of things you can do now, you don't just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox.

'It hurts like hell but it gets rid of sun damage and unplugs all the c**p. For me now, it's all about having clean skin, if you have clean skin, you look better.'

The method (also known as a 'one stitch face lift') uses an absorable thread with cones to lift the facial skin and encourage collagen production. The unwanted excess skin is pulled back by the underlying muscle.

The threads are 'stitched' on to the neck, brow or mid-face and promise to create a fresher, more youthful appearance.
