She was left heartbroken when Josh Denzel waltzed into the villa with Kaz Crossley while she had remained loyal.

But Georgia Steel got her own back on Love Island on Friday night, after she was the one to raise her former flame's heart race the most in the Saucy Dance Off challenge.

Viewers took to Twitter to share their reaction at the surprising results, with Josh, 27, crediting his rise in heart rate to 'nerves'.

Clad in a glittering silver bikini top, matching thong bottoms and an extravagant feathered head piece, the 20-year-old danced and twerked her way around the boys.

And despite the male islanders winning the game, viewers couldn't help but notice Georgia's smug reaction at finding out she had raised Josh's heart rate the most.

Upon revealing the results, the brunette bombshell told her ex beau 'It's alright babe' after he fumed 'I think that's because of the nerves' while Kaz forced a smile.

And it wasn't only Josh that Georgia managed to get hot under the collar, with the drama student raising Frankie, both Jack's, Wes' and Sam's heart rate the highest.

Meanwhile, other fans couldn't help but cringe when Grace Wardle asked to take the boys' temperatures while using a stethoscope.

The hairdresser, who was clad in a sultry nurse outfit, giggled as she went around and left Dr Alex somewhat bemused by the use of the medical appliance.

Speaking in the Beach Hut, he said: 'Credit to Grace, she came out it's not everyone is comfortable doing that kind of thing. She came round and gave it her best shot so fair play to her.'

During Friday night's explosive episode, Georgia found herself in hot water after Laura confronted her for kissing her partner Jack.

Taking her to one side, the so-called discussion between the pair was nothing short of heated, with Laura accusing Georgia of being a 'liar' after Jack insisted he was taken by surprise with the kiss.

'But I said, however my loyalties lie with Laura because she is one of my best friends in this villa,' Georgia explained. 'I’m not ever going to jeopardise that ever. I don’t understand why you’ve been touchy with me all night.'

Showing a reluctance to accept what she was told, Laura hit back: 'So you didn’t try and kiss him then?... All you say is you’ve got loyalties.

'Taking out your best mate’s guy, telling me that it was purely because he made you laugh, then all of a sudden you fancy him, you’ve got a connection and you’re trying to kiss him. Now you’re denying trying to kiss him calling him a liar?'

At odds: The arguments began when Laura pulled Georgia aside to confront her about her supposed kiss with Jack on their date

Georgia then called Jack over, with the hunk insisting that he they did not kiss on the lips on purpose, as he said: 'Unintentionally, we kissed on the lips. Agreed. After that kiss, you went in for another little kiss and I backed away. If you didn’t feel that or see that, I don’t know why.'

The row caught the ear of Ellie Brown, who launched into a foul-mouthed rant which left many islanders in the villa shocked.

And despite being the subject of much fan vitriol following his decision to ditch Georgia for new girl Kazimir, Josh was the surprise hero during the clash, furiously shouting: 'You're adults yeah? You don't have shout certain things it's dead it's done.

He later said in the Beach Hut: 'All this drama all this madness it's only between two people and I think a lot of speculation's going on, and it equals basically nonsense.'

The drama continues on Sunday on ITV2 at 9pm.
