House price rises in the North East of England are outpacing those anywhere else in the country, new research has revealed. Values in the region have risen by 3.31 per cent since the beginning of the year from an average of £182,321 to £188,851. It means homeowners in the North East are currently 'earning' £1,000 a month from their homes.
