Heather Locklear was arrested on Sunday night after downing a bottle of tequila and crashing her Porsche (pictured center in 2008) into a pylon on the grounds of her California mansion, DailyMail.com can reveal. A source close to the actress told DailyMail.com that police were called to her home twice, at 6pm and again at midnight when she tried to drive away from her property while drunk. She is now believed to be inside a psychiatric ward at Los Angeles's UCLA medical center and has been placed on a 5250 psychiatric hold, which lasts for up to 14 days and includes a five-day detox as well as mental evaluation.

Nxivm leader Keith Raniere fathered a son before his arrest

Keith Raniere became a father for the second time just seven months before his arrest on charges of sex trafficking. Court documents obtained by DailyMail.com reveal that the embattled cult leader has an infant son who lives with his mother in Mexico as well as another child, 11, with whom he has no contact. Those same documents reveal that Raniere claimed to have earned no money over the past year and had no savings. Judge Nicholas Garaufis stated in a Memorandum & Order filed late last week that Raniere was instead using the multimillion dollar trust and credit cards of Pamela Cafritz to fund his lifestyle.

Heather Locklear leaves jail in pajamas and flip-flops after arrest

Heather Locklear has once again found herself in trouble with the law, just days after she was released from an involuntary psychiatric hold. Police arrested Locklear on Sunday night after the 56-year-old actress allegedly attacked an officer and an EMT. She previously had an altercation with law enforcement in February which also led to an arrest. A member of the Ventura Ciunty Sheriff's Office tells DailyMail.com that deputies were twice called to Locklear’s residence on Sunday, first around 6pm and then again at 11pm. Those were both were dispatched as 'disturbance' calls at the time. Deputies determined no crime had occurred after responding to the first call and left the scene. It was when responding to the second call that deputies made contact with Locklear, who allegedly attacked an officer when he tried to separate her from other parties at the residence.

Heather Locklear's home declared a 'hazard' by fire department

Heather Locklear's multi-million dollar mansion (pictured) has been designated a 'hazard' by the Ventura County Fire Department because of previous altercations at the property. An incident report obtained by DailyMail.com states: 'Hazard on file for this address. Resident has threatened to shoot deputies and has one handgun registered to her.' Locklear was hospitalized on Sunday after her mother called 911 reporting that her daughter was acting 'erratically' and was threatening to kill herself. She was taken to Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center and is believed to have been transferred to a psychiatric ward in Ventura County. Locklear was arrested at the six-bedroom home in February for domestic battery and battery on an officer following altercation with boyfriend Chris Heisser. When police arrived at the address, an enraged Locklear became angrier still and punched a female deputy, while calling her a 'c***'.

Track Palin will plead guilty to criminal trespass connected to December arrest

Track Palin, 29, the son of former Alaska Governor and GOP Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor criminal trespass in Anchorage Veterans Court today. He appeared before Judge David Wallace on Monday (with his lawyer at left) to give an update on his progress in the case, where he faced a felony burglary charge and two misdemeanor charges of assault and criminal mischief stemming from an arrest last December. Source confirms Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle are dating

Investigators now claim that 'Cooper' was a former army paratrooper and war veteran who survived the jump and went on to become a high-level covert intelligence operative for several governments. His real name, they claim, is Walter R. Reca, born 'Peca' (right and inset).

A DNA test revealed a 99.9 per cent match that Flo Rida, whose real name is Tramar Lacel Dillard, was the child's father. Zohar has hydrocephalus, a neurological condition which causes an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid within cavities in the brain. Since birth, Zohar has had numerous doctors' appointments, tests and ultrasounds for the incurable condition. Last month, he underwent brain surgery - but there was no visit or phone call from his father, Alexis said.

NY Mets employee fired after being recorded laughing at private joke

New Yorker Chris Granozio (pictured) 53, was fired for laughing at risqué jokes made by a colleague while they were alone in a private room after a co-worker recorded them, DailyMailTV can reveal. The former employee worked as an assistant director, writer, archivist, and scoreboard operator at the baseball team since 1996, but was fired in February. During their chat, his co-worker - who was also fired - used the word 'p***y', but Granozio says the joke did not address anyone specifically and was 'PG-13.' He did not make any jokes himself, but Granozio admits that he was 'laughing and encouraging him'. He was told he violated 'some statute of decency,' but Granozio says: 'My lawyer and I have looked at the handbook – there's nothing that we violated.' Granozio plans to file a complaint for unjust dismissal with the New York City Human Rights Commission this week.

Amherst College student 'murdered' in Mexico City made call to mum

Amherst College, Massachusetts, student Andrew Dorogi placed a panicked phone call to his mother Jonetta (pictured center on the left) hours before he was found dead in Mexico City, DailyMail.com has learned. The 21-year-old who was in Mexico for spring break in March, was found dead on the tracks (center) of a metro station eight miles away from the airport on the day he was due to fly home. He had only been changing planes in the city and had no reason to leave the airport. Dorogi told his mother, of Fairview Park, Ohio, four men dressed as cops were taking him to jail and asked her to 'pray' for him before hanging up. His family was told he was electrocuted on subway tracks but a second autopsy revealed defensive wounds and a suspected broken nose, and when they got his possessions back his laptop had been wiped clean and his clothes appeared to have been laundered.

The documents, filed by attorney Douglas Mastroianni, state: 'After entering the room, Simmons shut the door and said 'I am going to f**k you.' Plaintiff said she had no intention of having sexual relations with Simmons -- but he replied 'I am going to f**k you or I'm going to f**k your son. You decide.' He later 'threw her on the bed and raped her,' the suit states. Jennifer Jorasik (bottom left) accused him of raping her in 2016, while former model Keri Claussen Khalighi (bottom right) was the first to publicly accuse him of sexual assault in November.

Florida shooter 'set off fire alarm' before killing 17

Former student Nikolas Cruz, 19, entered Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland armed with an assault rifle and began shooting just after 2pm. Investigators are now looking into whether Cruz may have pulled the fire alarm to draw people into halls so he could get a higher death toll. Broward Sheriff Scott Israel confirmed that 17 people had been killed and dozens more were injured. Cruz was armed with at least one AR-15 rifle and had 'multiple magazines' when he stormed the school, according to the sheriff. The teenager had been expelled from the school for unknown 'disciplinary reasons'. Authorities have already started dissecting his social media accounts and reported that some of things he had been posting was 'very disturbing'. Traumatized students said that once they heard reports of a mass shooting at the school they knew it would be Cruz, while one teacher said he had been identified as a potential threat to his classmates last year.

Hoda Kotb was promoted to co-anchor of the Today show on Tuesday. She replaces Matt Lauer, who was fired from the show in November. The 53-year-old has been filling in for Lauer ever since, leading the show to overtake rival Good Morning America in total viewers. Kotb has been a member of the Today show since 2008, when she started co-hosting the fourth hour with Kathie Lee Gifford. She will continue to co-host the fourth hour, while taking on her new position as co-anchor of the first two hours with Savannah Guthrie.

NYC 'terrorist attack' video shows explosion in Manhattan

A pipe bomb went off in an underground tunnel linking the Times Square subway station and the Port Authority bus terminal  Monday morning. Police have taken one man into custody, who was wearing the homemade explosive. The suspect has been identified as 27-year-old Bangladeshi national Akayed Ullah, who has been living in the U.S. for seven years. Former NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said the suspect 'supposedly was setting the device off in the name of ISIS' and that it was 'definitely a terrorist attack, definitely intended'. CNN reports that the bomb detonated prematurely and that if it had gone off as intended the damage could have been catastrophic. Ullah allegedly told investigators at the hospital that he carried out the attack because 'they've been bombing in my country'. He also revealed that he made the device at his job at an electrical company. The FDNY says three other people reported to local hospitals for minor injuries. The incident happened just days after President Trump sparked demonstrations across the world by recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital city. One of the largest demonstrations took place in Muslim-majority Bangladesh.

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle will marry in Windsor in May

The couple chose the 'very special' venue because the prince and his fiancee spent time there together during their 16-month romance and Harry also spent long periods in the town with his Army regiment, the Blues and Royals. They have not given the date for their 'fun and joyful' wedding, which is likely to be on television, but thanked millions of people around the world 'celebrating with them' since their engagement was announced yesterday. Divorcee Meghan, a protestant who went to a catholic high school, will be baptised and confirmed before the spring ceremony, Kensington Palace said, suggesting she has been asked to do this in return for marrying in a church. American Meghan will also be taking British citizenship to become a dual national before May, a process that usually takes years. The couple have shunned a larger wedding at Westminster Abbey or St Paul's for a more intimate church service at St George's. It also means Queen and Prince Philip can easily travel to the wedding of the year as it was revealed that the royal family will pay for the event, the music, the flowers and the reception. The actress' divorced parents Thomas Markle and Doria Ragland will both be there but it's not known if her father will walk her down the aisle.
