Farrah Abraham flaunts figure in black dress at The Nice Guy in LA...after misdemeanor charges

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office say they filed two misdemeanor charges against her in connection with an incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

But Farrah Abraham has denied being charged, and put on a happy face when she headed to the West Hollywood hot spot The  Nice Guy this Tuesday.

The 27-year-old former Teen Mom OG star beamed and flashed a peace sign as she posed outside the restaurant next to her actress friend Kate Neilson.

Farrah slid into a skintight, off-the-shoulder black cocktail dress with a lightly frilled neckline and short sleeves, slinging a Fendi bag from her left shoulder.

The Omaha-born TV personality let her wavy dark hair down, rounding off the evening ensemble with a black and white pair of sneakers.

Her two misdemeanor charges are resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer and battery, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office spokesman Ricardo Santiago told Us Weekly, who reported the news this Monday.

She will face a judge August 13, and could spend up to 18 months behind bars should the charges ultimately lead to a conviction, per the magazine.

'It’s false and I’m not charged. … I’m not guilty of any trespassing or battery,' Us Weekly quoted Farrah, who has also denied that she was arrested in the first place.

In an email statement to DailyMail.com, Farrah insisted: 'Theses are false reports - there has not even been a judge assigned or court date held yet,' adding: 'Farrah is not guilty and this further shows Farrah keeps being targeted'.

Police have said they arrested Farrah at the Beverly Hills Hotel for trespassing and misdemeanor battery after a guard claimed she 'struck' him last month.

Shortly thereafter, Farrah gave a statement to DailyMail.com insisting that she was 'taken into containment and not arrested.'

Farrah, who has a side career in adult entertainment, shared: 'As Im staying above all the lies reported about me by police and hotel staff this is a new level of bullying, incrimination, evil and regardless off others trying to ruin my career I'm focused on screen writing my first film and looking forward to production.'

Said she: 'I've always stayed strong , confident in whom I am and I very thankful for supportive friends, family and companies I work with who value honesty rather then selling lies and negativity of someone. I'm blessed I was in containment and not arrested, I'm proud that I have self control but I know this world is a negative place.'

Farrah, who attended the MTV Movie And TV Awards with her nine-year-old daughter Sophia the week of the Beverly Hills Hotel encounter, told DailyMail.com: 'This award show validated my feelings and hardships of what I recently went through'.

Police said in a public statement quoted by TooFab that 'A male adult hotel security officer reported that he asked Abraham to leave the hotel after she refused to disengage from a verbal altercation with hotel guests.'

According to what the guard told the police, Farrah then 'struck him in the face with her forearm, grabbed his ear and pushed him in the face as he attempted to prevent her from re-entering the hotel. Officers noted that Abraham exhibited signs of intoxication during the investigation.'

The guard was not hospitalized and Farrah's bail was set at $500 after her arrest, which was 'pursuant to a private person’s arrest.'

In video obtained by DailyMail.com, Farrah could be heard repeatedly telling a cop to 'go f*** yourself' during their encounter on the steps of the Beverly Hills Hotel.

She was sprung from custody the following afternoon, and her representative told TMZ that day that no charges were filed against her.

Farrah, like some other reality stars who went on to appear on Teen Mom, got her start in television on 16 And Pregnant.

While Farrah was still expecting during 16 And Pregnant, Sophia's father Derek Underwood perished in a car crash three days after Christmas 2008.

Calling Teen Mom 'this hateful horrible show' Farrah announced this February that she would be 'moving on' from the series - and the enmity did not end there.

She filed suit for $5 million against Viacom, the parent company of Teen Mom's home network MTV, claiming she was canned because she went into porn.

Her court documents, as quoted by The Blast, claim executive producer Morgan J. Freeman 'harassed, humiliated, discriminated against, disrespected, ridiculed, degraded and sex shamed' her at her own home over her porn career.

'We respect Farrah’s decision to pursue other endeavors and we wish her the best. Regarding her suit, the claims are without merit,' People quoted a Viacom spokesperson.

The suit was, to use Farrah's wording in the court documents, 'amicably settled' near the end of March, The Blast reported.

Farrah has told both TooFab and DailyMail.com that she intends to break into screenwriting. Her subject of choice is Teen Mom.

Resolute: 'It’s false and I’m not charged. … I’m not guilty of any trespassing or battery,' insisted Farrah, who has also denied that she was arrested in the first place
