Lucy Hale seemed to have a very important phone call when out in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The Pretty Little Liars star had her mobile to her ear as she picked up coffee then pumped gasoline into her car. The 29-year-old brunette beauty from Tennessee looked summer chic in a short red-and-white plaid romper that made the most of her toned legs.
This comes after she shared several photos to Instagram from a costume party she attended with friends.

I kind of let her do her own thing, from lasers to peels and LED light to muscle tightening. When I’m just chillin’ at home, I am a huge face mask lover. I’ll pop on a couple and watch TV. I’m such a big foodie. I love and appreciate food. My favorite restaurant in L.A. is called Pace. I’m also a very big lover of ranch dressing. I’m from the South, and we put it on everything. My favorite thing in the world is french fries dipped in ranch dressing.
And it appears as though Lucy Hale has now moved onto new beau Ryan Rottman as they were seen holding hands in early July.

In June Hale revealed she was taken advantage of by a man after having a few drinks.
She made the admission in the new issue of Haute Living Los Angeles for which she posed for the cover.
'I think there are a lot of people who have been intoxicated and taken advantage of. It's happened to me and people I know. It's very common,' the brunette star told the lifestyle magazine. 'Luckily, I've been unscathed; nothing's hurt me too badly.'
The Tennessee native added, 'I've experienced stuff on the small side, but assault is assault.'
